Content Moderator & Customer Support Specialist – Social Media Project Location: Athens / Piraeus, Greece

About the role

Do you want to work for one of the world's largest social media platforms and be part of an international Trust & Safety team? We are looking for candidates who can combine content moderation, critical thinking, and digital communication in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

You will join a global project where you help keep the platform safe, professional, and user‑friendly.

Your responsibilities

  • Review and moderate online content according to platform policies

  • Investigate reports of harmful or inappropriate content

  • Provide customer support via chat, email, and occasional outbound calls

  • Identify policy violations, fraud, and misuse

  • Handle account and payment‑related inquiries

  • Review posts, comments, ads, and videos

  • Escalate complex cases to specialist teams

  • Work with high accuracy and quality

Candidate requirements

  • Fluent Spanish

  • Good English (B2–C1)

  • Emotional resilience

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Minimum 30 WPM typing speed

  • Interest in social media

  • Experience in customer service or moderation is an advantage

Salary & benefits

  • 1,045.72 EUR

  • + up to 15% bonus

  • + food allowance up to 80 EUR

  • + relocation package (flight, hotel, arrival support)
