Customer Care Specialist (Dutch Speaking) Location: Athens, Greece Project: International Automotive Brand

Salary & Bonus

  • 1,500 base salary

  • Up to 10% performance bonus

  • Transportation allowance up to €100/month

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries

  • Provide support regarding products, pricing, and automotive‑related questions

  • Update and maintain CRM systems

  • Assist customers with website navigation

  • Support order status, dealer locations, and brand communication channels

  • Investigate complaints and identify solutions

  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams

  • Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch (C1/native level)

  • Good English skills (B2+)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good PC skills (MS Office, Windows)

  • Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM

  • Customer‑oriented and solution‑focused

  • Interest in the automotive industry is an advantage

As a Customer Expert (CE), you will play a key role in the Miele customer journey — helping users with everything from simple questions to technical challenges, supported by strong training, tools, and a dedicated team.

💶 Salary: €1,300 + bonus – 14 monthly salaries per year

🧭 What does the job involve?

As a Customer Service Representative at Miele, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance. Your tasks include:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails from customers

  • Assisting with troubleshooting — from washing machines to microwave programming

  • Booking technician visits and helping customers find and order spare parts

  • Working with a wide range of Miele products

  • Cross‑training after approx. 1 month so you can support multiple product categories

This is a role with variety, responsibility, and continuous learning.

🔧 Typical customer questions

  • "How do I connect my new washing machine?"

  • "My microwave isn't working — what should I do?"

  • "Where can I find the serial number or the correct spare part?"

You become the person who makes things work for the customer — and that feels great.

💼 Positions

You can choose between two job types:

Customer Support

Help customers via phone, email or chat in your native language. Full training is provided — no previous experience required.

Content Moderator

Review and moderate online content to ensure it follows platform guidelines. Full training is provided — no previous experience required.

Requirements

  • Native Dutch speaker

  • English level: minimum B2

  • EU citizenship

  • Minimum age: 18

  • Willing to relocate to Portugal for at least 1 year

  • Clean criminal record

  • Completed high school education

💰 Salary & Contract

  • Full‑time, 40 hours/week

  • 12‑month contract

  • Annual salary: €17,952

  • 2–5 weeks of paid training
