 🇫🇮 B2B APPOINTMENT SETTER (REMOTE) – FINNISH OR SWEDISH SPEAKERS

High‑earning freelance role • Commission only • Work from anywhere

A fast‑growing Nordic company is looking for results‑driven appointment setters for B2B projects within IT, marketing, consulting and the security sector. You work 100% remotely, in a high‑performance setup with clear goals, strong support and excellent earning potential.

🔎 About the Role

You will be part of an international team working with:

• B2B appointment setting

• Cold calling and outbound prospecting

• Contacting potential clients by phone

• Booking qualified meetings for clients

• Logging meetings and follow‑ups in CRM

• Working with KPIs and performance targets

You will typically make around 150 calls per day, and meeting quality must be high.

🌍 Work Setup

• 100% remote – work from anywhere in the world

• Option to work on‑site in Finland if preferred

• Full‑time, standard business hours

• Young, energetic teams (approx. 45 bookers + 3 team leads)

💶 Salary & Earnings

Commission only – no base salary.

• Approx. €80 per completed booking

• Some projects: €90–€100 per booking

• Typical monthly earnings: €2,000–€5,000 (performance‑based)

• You invoice your earnings yourself (freelance)

A "confirmed booking" means the meeting actually takes place.

🎯 We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Speaks fluent Finnish or Swedish + basic English

• Has sales or phone experience (big advantage)

• Is not afraid of the phone

• Has high energy and strong communication skills

• Is target‑driven, disciplined and motivated by results

• Understands the difference between B2B and B2C

• Has their own equipment: good laptop, phone, headset and quiet workspace

• Can work full‑time and deliver consistently
