You will be part of a premium customer environment where quality, service and technology go hand in hand.

⭐ Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and chat

• Support roadside assistance and emergency situations

• Assist customers with app login and digital vehicle services

• Provide guidance on connected mobility services

• Troubleshoot technical and service‑related issues

• Ensure a first‑class experience for Mercedes customers

⭐ Requirements

• Fluent in French

• Good English (B2 level)

• Service‑minded and solution‑oriented

• Able to handle technical inquiries

• Stays calm in high‑pressure situations

• Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage

• 1,300 € + bonus
