About the Role

As a Customer Care & Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the frontline for AppleCare customers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and chat

  • Assisting with technical issues on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and software

  • Troubleshooting apps, logins, subscriptions, and payments

  • Helping with password resets and account inquiries

  • Working in an international support environment with full training and development

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian (native level)

  • Good English

  • Service‑minded and technically curious

  • Able to work in a structured and problem‑solving way

  • No prior experience required — full training provided

Salary & Benefits
