⭐ About the Role
As a Customer Care & Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the frontline for AppleCare customers. Your responsibilities include:
Handling inbound calls, emails, and chat
Assisting with technical issues on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and software
Troubleshooting apps, logins, subscriptions, and payments
Helping with password resets and account inquiries
Working in an international support environment with full training and development
⭐ Requirements
Fluent Italian (native level)
Good English
Service‑minded and technically curious
Able to work in a structured and problem‑solving way
No prior experience required — full training provided

1,100 EUR base salary
+ 300 EUR bonus
