✨ Advisor in Wills & Estate Planning

📍 Location: Torremolinos, Costa del Sol, Spain 🕒 Start date: As soon as possible 💼 Full‑time position

Are you Irish and motivated by making a real difference in people's lives when they face some of their most important decisions? We are looking for an Irish Advisor in Wills & Estate Planning to join our team in Torremolinos on the beautiful Costa del Sol.

🌿 About the Role

As an advisor, you will be the person who helps clients create security for their future and their families. The role combines professional guidance, relationship‑building and sales, giving you the opportunity to develop strong, long‑term client relationships based on trust.

The more clients you support — and the more wills you successfully arrange — the higher your earnings through our attractive bonus structure.

No previous experience in wills or estate planning is required. What matters most is that you have experience in customer service, advisory work or sales, and that you thrive in a role where empathy, communication and professionalism are key.

Are Irish and speak English at native level
Have experience in customer service, advisory roles or sales
Have a strong sales mindset and enjoy working with targets and bonuses
Are approachable, trustworthy and communicate clearly
Spanish is an advantage, but not required
